I’ve been MIA recently due to health problems. Looks like I might be having spinal surgery :(
Not much fitness for me lately due to the pain, appointments, and stress

I’ve really been struggling with anemia. Does any one have advice at all? I take fermMAX with a big glass of oj but that doesn’t seem to totally do it. I also eat lots of greens, but no huge difference yet and it’s been months
So I’m starting my blog up again!
I’ve been dealing with a few things in my personal life, but I’m going to give my blog a start again. Maybe it will give me motivation to get in shape and find a happy place for me
